NUT 116AL: Clinical Nutrition Practicum

This case study of a patient admitted for experiencing acute MI, had cardiac catherization and stent placement, is composed of 3 parts:

1. Complete ADIME note

2. Project questions regarding lab value analysis, metabolic syndrome, medication analysis, and cultural sensitivity in nutrition education delivery

3. Complete nutrient analysis of the patient's current diet and modified diet (AHA/DASH) using FoodPro application
